Last year, Clif Sands, past president of the United Methodist Men, closing remarks in his article concerning the Crab Feast wished everyone good health, and their return in 2001.
On Friday, July 20, the annual crab feast was held to a sell-out crowd again. As usual, the music was outstanding as provided by D.J. "extraordinaire" David Robinson. He kept everyone in the mood for dinning and then moved everyone from the table to the dance floor with their dance favorites. Of course the electric slide is still the craze but there is a new "slide" out and everyone seemed to enjoy the "Cha Cha Slide."
This reporter spotted the D.J. enjoying his work displaying some moves of his own.
The United Methodist Men, who spearhead this activity annually, wish to thank everyone for their participation in this event and hope you will again participate in this fun-filled activity.
