The TCRC is an independent community based nonprofit organization established to help members of the surrounding community meet health care, human service, skills development and education needs utilizing the Center's staff and volunteers. The Center's support will be derived from commercial enterprises, private organizations and governmental agencies.
For the calendar year 2001, the Center has been extremely busy writing proposals and developing relationships with other organizations having compatible goals. As a result, new partners work with TCRC to achieve our goal this year of making a difference in the lives of others through:
Education

  • Summer of Service Program
  • Summer Enrichment Camp -- Chart Technologies
  • Adult Computer Education -- Chart Technologies
  • After School Tutoring Program
Food Pantry
The Food Pantry Program is operated by the Golden Age Ministry and continues to work flawlessly. It is also a member of the Capital Area Food Bank and is certified through Prince George's County.
Clothing Distribution Program
This program is operated by Mrs. Cora Marshall. Clothing is donated by the St. Paul membership (tax receipts are available to those who request one). This service continues to make a difference in the lives of those who elect to use the service.
What are our future plans?
There are plans in the hopper, but we need you St. Paul. We need help, experience, and expertise of all who can provide anything: time, money, office supplies, and an occasional "swift kick." A "kick to get us started on an idea that you may have that will provide another needed service to the community or help us to do our current jobs better and more importantly What can you do directly to help our outreach?
